This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw kicked off in a big way as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther made his way to the ring for a promo. Gunther was eventually interrupted by Finn Balor who was accompanied by JD McDonagh, Carlito and Dominik Mysterio.

Finn Balor and The Judgment Day went to attack Gunther, but Damian Priest came out and cleaned house. Gunther started brawling with Damian Priest then Balor took Gunther down and connected with Coup De Grace off the apron onto Gunther who was on the floor. Finn Balor and The Judgment Day got Damian Priest in the ring and Balor hit Coup De Grace twice on Damian.

Following the brawl Adam Pearce confronted Finn Balor and told him that due to his actions the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match at Saturday Night’s Main Event has been changed. The Raw General Manager informed Finn that it will now be Finn Balor vs. Gunther vs. Damian Priest in a triple threat match for the title.

Pearce also announced that Finn Balor and JD McDonagh will be defending the WWE World Tag Team Titles against The War Raiders next week on Monday Night Raw. Pearce told the other members of The Judgment Day that they are officially banned from ringside during the WWE World Tag Team Title match.
