Major Angle Being Planned Between Seth Rollins And Triple H At Royal Rumble

This week on Raw, Seth Rollins lost his spot in the Royal Rumble match when he was distracted by The Game’s music playing through the arena, which gave Sami Zayn enough time to recover, and steal Rollins’ opportunity in the Royal Rumble. For now, Rollins is out of the Royal Rumble match.

It’s being reported by CageSideSeats that a huge angle is being planned between Rollins and Triple H at the Royal Rumble PPV. WWE officials may have finally given HHH the green light to return to WWE programming, but they also may have something else planned for Rollins.

For instance, The Architect may try to earn his spot back in the Royal Rumble match early in the night. A promo between Rollins and Stephanie McMahon could push the rivalry with HHH forward somehow. In all likelihood, HHH vs. Rollins could be made official for Wrestlemania 33.

Obviously, WWE wouldn’t take Seth Rollins out of the Royal Rumble, or strategically tease The Game’s return if there wasn’t something huge planned for the PPV. With an already stacked card in place, Seth Rollins’ role at the Royal Rumble is as mysterious as the rest of the show will be.
