Logan Paul Reveals What Went Wrong With Travis Scott’s WWE Run

It’s become more and more common for celebrities to get involved with wrestling in recent years and Travis Scott was added to a major WWE storyline back in March when he attacked Cody Rhodes after John Cena turned heel. In the months that followed it was rumored Travis Scott was getting ready to step into the ring for a match, but he made one more appearance at WrestleMania 41 then disappeared from WWE programming.

Logan Paul revealed on a recent episode of the Impaulsive podcast that he was originally supposed to team with Travis Scott in a six man tag match, and he also shared his take on why things didn’t work out for Travis Scott’s WWE run.

“We were supposed to team up with one other person. It was supposed be three on three, and the day that it was supposed to be announced, he didn’t show up. I think what happened is, my guess is, he probably realized at some point that it’s really physically demanding, really hard, and a lot of work. It’s probably too much commitment for someone who is a rock star of his caliber. Like, Bad Bunny loves it, and like put in the time and became a good wrestler.

Wrestling is a lot about navigating pain. It all really hurts. Some things hurt less, but it all hurts. So, I think a lot of people think the mat is bouncy and soft. I certainly thought that before I got in WWE. It hurts, and I think at some point Travis probably realized it’s pretty hard. I would like to see him make a real run at it. But I think that’s what happened.”

There’s currently no word on whether or not WWE might be open to working with Travis Scott in the future, but you can never say never in the world of professional wrestling.
