Throughout the course of her wrestling career Liv Morgan has been part of some big viral moments, but back in December of 2023, Liv went viral for all the wrong reasons. The former WWE Women’s World Champion was arrested and charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid and possession of cannabis, and her mugshot quickly started to spread throughout social media.
Liv Morgan opened up about her arrest while speaking with Stephanie McMahon on What’s Your Story? and she noted that it turned into a meet and greet after the cops realized who she was.
“I would never be like, ‘I’m Liv Morgan, I’m from WWE.’ That’s not my style. I wouldn’t even think that. He looks in my car and finds all my WWE s*** and the complete vibe changes. Now, they’re like apologizing to me. Now, it’s too far in the process where they have to arrest me. What the body camera didn’t pick up is three cop cars pull up as I’m in the backseat, and I’m doing a meet and greet. I’m like handcuffed and they’re like, ‘Liv! Is work going to be mad?’ ‘Yeah! Yeah, they are.’ They’re taking photos.”
During the most recent episode of Monday Night Raw, Liv Morgan returned to the ring for her first televised match since June of 2025 when she defeated Lyra Valkyria. As of this writing Liv’s next match has not been announced, but it’s probably safe to say she’ll be in the Royal Rumble.
