Lita On If Her Return To The Ring At Evolution Could Lead To More Matches

Next month the women of WWE will make history once again when they compete in the company’s first ever all women’s pay-per-view which is titled Evolution.

WWE Evolution will feature the brightest female Superstars of today, and some big names from the past are also set to return.

Trish Stratus will be making her return to the ring to take on Alexa Bliss, and Lita will be returning to face Mickie James at the event.

Planeta Wrestling recently asked Lita if her return match could lead to more matches in the future, and she said that it could potentially turn into something more.

“If you follow WWE at all, I think the one thing that is consistent is: you never know. As a fan and as a performer, each time I go in I look at it as a mom as I’m happy with my chapter outside of wrestling. But at the same time, every time I do go back, it feels like home and you just jump right back in.”

“You go in with it being the idea of a one-time thing, but it’s likely and potentially that the excitement of it or the crowd’s response to it could turn it into something more than a one-off. Like my life in general, I just take it all as it comes. So, we’ll see.”
