WWE has gone through some major changes in recent weeks and last week Vince McMahon announced that he was retiring from WWE. The wrestling world is still processing the announcement as various people from the industry are commenting on Vince’s exit.
Linda McMahon was asked about Vince’s retirement during a media appearance for the America First Policy Institute and at first she said that she wasn’t going to talk about Vince and WWE.
When pressed for a comment Linda simply said, “You know what, he’ll just be deciding on how he’s going to spend his free time. I think that’s a good thing.”
In the wake of Vince McMahon’s retirement it was announced that Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan will serve as co-CEO for WWE. It was also announced on Monday that Triple H will take over WWE creative in addition to his responsibilities as Executive Vice President of Talent Relations.
Vince McMahon is still currently being investigated by the WWE Board of Directors. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
