If you want to be a wrestler in the WWE, you have to do things the WWE way. A leaked document detailing what WWE Superstars are told not to do at WWE live events has surfaced online via Twitter user @allan_cheapshot, and it’s certainly an interesting read. The document was issued over the weekend, and judging from the word “Jamie” written in the top right corner, it looks like it belonged to Jamie Noble. Check it out below.
As you can see above, there are quite a few rules that WWE Superstars have to follow. The wrestlers aren’t allowed to hit low blows, or use chairs or tables unless the weapons are approved by a producer, and they’re also not allowed to cut any impromptu promos.
The document also notes that per Vince McMahon, piledrivers are currently are not allowed. This is nothing new as pile drivers aren’t often seen inside a WWE ring, which is why fans probably lost their s**t when CM Punk hit John Cena with the piledriver on Raw back in February of 2013.
Seriously, just listen to that reaction.
Perhaps the funniest part of the document is the part that mentions no one is allowed to do “YEA-BOO STUFF” except John Cena. The fifteen time World Champion has been a polarizing figure in the professional wrestling industry for well over a decade now, so, it’s safe to say that he’s got the “YEA-BOO STUFF” down to a science.
It’s also worth noting that there are several notes for the WWE referees to follow, one of which is that WWE referees are not supposed to be involved in the finishes.
