The League Of Nations Took A Trip To Splitsville On This Week’s Episode Of SmackDown

Sorry League of Nations fans (there are a couple of you out there right?) but the group has decided to call it quits. Sheamus, Rusev and Alberto Del Rio faced off against Kalisto, Sami Zayn and Cesaro in a six man tag team match on SmackDown this week and that’s when the group imploded.

Before the match the League of Nations told Renee Young that they were united as a team, but their actions in the ring told a different story. Tension was high between the teammates as they argued several times throughout the match. At one point Rusev and Del Rio were shoving each other when Sheamus got in the ring to break it up. Del Rio decided it was time to split and he walked out on his team.

Rusev and Sheamus tried to stick it out but Sheamus accidentally hit Rusev when he jumped off the top rope. Rusev and Sheamus then argued with each other and Rusev walked out. Sheamus tried to continue but eventually he gave up and walked out as well.

Backstage the group shoved each other some more and Sheamus announced that the League is finished.
