At one time Erick Rowan and Luke Harper were consistently featured on WWE programming when they were members of The Wyatt Family, but it’s been a while since fans have seen either man appear on SmackDown Live.
Earlier this year Luke Harper got a decent push when he made his way into the WWE Title scene, but after that fizzled out Harper got lost in the shuffle. Likewise, Erick Rowan returned back in April after recovering from an injury, but it quickly became clear that WWE didn’t have any big plans for the former Wyatt Family member.
It’s been rumored for months that WWE officials have been keeping Luke Harper and Erick Rowan off TV so that they can bring them back as a team with a new look and gimmick, but nothing has come of the rumors just yet.
PWInsider reports that at one point the plan was to reveal Harper and Rowan as the team behind the Breezango attacks, but it’s not known if that plan has been dropped or not.
It seems that plans for Harper and Rowan may be up in the air at this point, but it’s worth noting that Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet recently mentioned on The Sheet Podcast that he’s heard talk of Harper being repackaged.
