The New York Daily News is currently running an article which highlights Hulk Hogan’s legal battle with Gawker over his sex tape. The article reports that Gawker is now demanding e-mails between Hogan’s publicist and lawyer which talk about Hulk Hogan’s 2012 media tour due to the fact that supposedly a discussion over Hogan’s affairs took place.
Gawker is trying to prove that Hulk Hogan and company actually used the media tour to get word out about the sex tape.
