According to PWInsider going into Monday’s episode of Raw there really weren’t any discussions between CM Punk and WWE officials. It was apparently made clear that not only was Punk not coming to Raw but he’s done with wrestling as well.
No one’s saying how long he will be done for and anyone close to him that might know isn’t talking.
