There’s been a lot of talk about AJ Styles, Shinsuka Nakamura, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson coming to WWE lately. Styles is set to work his last appearance for ROH on Saturday and there have been rumors that he might be part of the Royal Rumble match on Sunday.
However it’s being reported by Bryan Alvarez of F4Wonline.com that AJ won’t be making his debut in the Royal Rumble but will instead be making his debut on Raw the night after the rumble. Of course plans are always sub jet to change, but the feeling is that casual fans might not know who AJ Styles is so they want to introduce him on Raw. The company is also reportedly working on vignette plans for Styles to introduce him to the audience.
On a related note, it’s also being reported that out of the 4 NJPW stars that are rumored to be signing with WWE, AJ Styles is the only one that will go straight to the main roster. Shinsuke Nakamura, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson are all said to be NXT bound.
