Lars Sullivan has been on the receiving end of some negative backlash as of late after some offensive comments he made on a Bodybuilding.com message board were compiled by a Reddit user.
Sullivan issued a statement to Wrestling Inc. in regards to the comments, and the statement reads as follows:
“There is no excuse for the inappropriate remarks that I made years ago. They do not reflect my personal beliefs nor who I am today, and I apologize to anyone I offended.”
Sullivan has been on the receiving end of a pretty solid push since joining the main roster, so it will be interesting to see how he’s booked in the weeks to come.
