On Saturday night six men stepped into the Elimination Chamber at the United Center in Chicago as they fought for the right to challenge the Undisputed WWE Champion at WrestleMania.
LA Knight happened to be one of the competitors in the chamber match and at one point he jumped from the middle rope to the top rope as he went for his signature elbow drop. Unfortunately Knight slipped on the top rope, so he had to improvise and hit the elbow drop from the mat after landing on his feet.
The former WWE United States Champion commented on the both when he posted the following in an Instagram story:
“Haha it happens… yet even if I fall, I land on my feet”

The Megastar wasn’t able to punch his ticket to WrestleMania at Elimination Chamber as it was ultimately Randy Orton who won the men’s Elimination Chamber match. Later in the night Nick Aldis announced that Drew McIntyre will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Cody Rhodes on SmackDown, so Orton will presumably go on to face the winner of that match.
As for LA Knight, it’s not clear at this point in time who he might end up facing on the Grandest Stage of Them All this year, but at one point he was listed for a match with a major opponent and you can get more on that here.
