Kurt Angle Pays Tribute To Eddie Guerrero, Rousey And Angle Training Together

Kurt Angle is a WWE Hall of Famer, and he’s wrestled his fair share of big matches on the Grandest Stage of Them All. Angle has faced some legendary names at WrestleMania including Shawn Michaels and Brock Lesnar and 14 years ago he challenged Eddie Guerrero for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 20.

Kurt Angle didn’t manage to defeat Eddie Guerrero at WrestleMania 20, but they did put on a great match which fans still remember fondly to this very day.

Angle recently took to social media to pay tribute to the wrestling legend when he posted the following:

“14 years ago to this day, I shared the ring with possibly the greatest overall performer of all time, #eddieguerrero. He always had something up his sleeve, and he didn’t disappoint in this Wrestlemania Showdown. Thank you Eddie. #LieCheatSteal #itstrue”

This year Kurt Angle will be working with Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania, and he’ll be teaming with the former UFC star to take on Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

For months now Ronda Rousey has been training for her in-ring debut, and Kurt Angle recently confirmed that he and Rousey have been training together.
