Kurt Angle On Where The Jason Jordan Story Is Heading

Kurt Angle is very proud of his baby boy, Jason Jordan. He might have missed a lot of JJ growing up, but he’s making up for it in spades as he is going to be there for Jason as much as he can. After all, it never hurts to have a daddy with some pull in the company you work for.

People might have been doubting the direction of this angle between Kurt Angle and Jason Jordan from the beginning. But in time, the goal could be to prove Jason Jordan might as well be Angle’s son by the way he performs in the ring.

Kurt Angle recently spoke to Garry, Tim, and Hamish about his kayfabe son and really put Jason Jordan over for being a superior athlete. He also said the goal of this storyline in all reality is to help Jordan along. Kurt also alluded to the fact that they might not have even scratched the surface of this program yet.

“I think Jason has a lot of potential,” said the Hall of Fame inductee. “I think he’s going to be one of the more popular superstars down the road. He has a little bit of work to do – he’s a little bit shy – but as far as far as his athleticism, he’s one of the best we’ve got here. And I think this storyline is going to help him. Now, we haven’t really gritted down and gotten into the storyline, yet, but it’s going to happen eventually.”

But for fans who are hoping this program might find Kurt Angle back in the ring, there might be some bad news on that end. Kurt Angle said he still doesn’t know if he’ll ever wrestle again.

“We’ve talked about it,” said Kurt Angle, “but, I haven’t taken the physical yet. Really? I don’t know – I don’t know when, or if, I’m going to. My guess is, I will – but I’m going to sit, and wait, and be patient, and see how it all plays out.”
