Saturday night NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn IV aired live on the WWE Network, and the stars of NXT pulled out all the stops to deliver an action packed pay-per-view. TakeOver gave fans plenty to talk about, and some fans on social media felt the need to tag Kenny Omega while the event was taking place. Omega responded to the tweets by saying that he hopes the best for everyone who wrestles for the brand.
Will Ospreay chimed in to say that he feels Omega’s pain and Matt Jackson also noted that the same thing happens to him.
It’s expected that WWE will make Kenny Omega a big offer when his contract with NJPW expires. Whether or not he’ll end up signing a deal with WWE remains to be seen.
