It’s been a huge year for Kenny Omega so far. He wrestled in the main event at Wrestle Kingdom back in January, and after he announced he was moving on from NJPW, the rumors began to fly.
Ultimately Omega ended up signing with All Elite Wrestling, and he’s set to face Chris Jericho at Double or Nothing in May.
This week has been huge for Roman Reigns, as The Big Dog returned to Raw and announced that he’s in remission.
Roman is back, and it looks like we’ll be seeing a lot more of him moving forward.
When Roman first announced that he was taking time off to battle leukemia, he received support from all throughout the wrestling community.
Now that he’s in remission, he’s still receiving the same support, and Kenny Omega recently took to Twitter to congratulate The Big Dog.
Omega is locked into a deal with AEW for several years, so unfortunately we won’t be seeing an Omega vs. Reigns match any time soon, but it’s always nice to see wrestlers supporting other wrestlers.
