Ken Shamrock was quickly climbing the ladder in WWE during the Attitude Era, but he parted ways with the company so that he could focus on MMA. WWE has brought many former stars back over the years, but Ken Shamrock has yet to return to the company.
During a recent appearance on The Ten Count, Ken Shamrock was asked about possibly working with WWE at some point, and he indicated that an in-ring return is unlikely for him when he said, “I think at this point in my career, we’re past those.”
While talking about the possibility of working as a manager or trainer the former Intercontinental Champion noted that he could be open to the idea if it made sense.
“You know, like I said, not that I would say no. Obviously, I’d have to look and make sure it was the right thing. It’d have to make sense, right? So yeah, of course, if that was to come around, it made sense, yeah. But right now, man, I’ve got so much going on that we have planned. There’s gonna be a lot of stuff happening.”
Ken Shamrock was inducted into the Impact Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2020, but there’s been little talk of him being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Do you want to see him return someday? Sound off in the comments below.
