Tony Khan has been hyping up a big debut all week, and on Wednesday night fans saw former NXT Champion Keith Lee make his debut on Dynamite.
Isiah Kassidy made his way to the ring for an opportunity to qualify for the Face Of The Revolution Ladder Match, but Kassidy had no idea who he might be facing. When the time came for his opponent to be revealed Keith Lee made his entrance to a big pop.
As soon as the bell rang fans chanted “oh bask in his glory!” Kassidy immediately got in Lee’s face, but Lee threw him across the ring to a big reaction from the fans in attendance. Lee dominated the match as Matt Hardy abandoned Private Party and left through the crowd.
Marq Quen interfered at one point and grabbed Lee’s leg when he was standing on the apron, and Kassidy was able to temporarily gain some momentum. Unfortunately for Kassidy it was short lived as Keith Lee put him away shortly after to win the match and qualify for the Face Of The Revolution Ladder Match.
After the match Private Party attacked Keith Lee and he destroyed them both.
