AJ Styles officially joined WWE back in 2016, and since then he’s become one of the top stars in the company. The Phenomenal One also brought his friends Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows along with him to WWE, but Gallows and Anderson were released last year.
The former Raw Tag Team Champions have since resurfaced in Impact Wrestling, and they’ve also been making appearances on AEW programming. During a recent Impact Wrestling media call Karl Anderson talked a little bit about AJ Styles, and he noted that he thinks AJ will return to Impact someday.
“I’ll say this. I don’t know what the schedule is or what kinda surprises IMPACT Wrestling has in store for the Hall of Fame or Bound For Glory. I would be very remiss if I didn’t say that before AJ Styles hangs up the boots, I’m highly confident we’ll see him in an IMPACT Wrestling ring at least one more time.”
