CM Punk’s AEW contract was officially terminated back in September and since then fans have been wondering if Punk could possibly return to WWE. It’s no big secret that CM Punk has said a number of negative things about WWE, but you can never say never in the world of professional wrestling.
Kane knows what it’s like to clash with CM Punk inside the ring and he was recently asked to share his thoughts on a potential return for Punk during an interview with Sportskeeda’s WrestleBinge. The former WWE Champion admitted that he hasn’t been following the situation very closely, but stated that he thinks both sides should do what’s best for everyone.
“That’s a business decision. You know, I always wish everybody the best. Again, in the end, it’s going to be what everyone thinks is best for business, right? I really don’t know that much about the controversy, actually. I haven’t followed that closely. I just always want the best for everybody.”
