The Dr. Chris Amann vs. CM Punk and Colt Cabana trial kicked off last week, and it’s been full of controversy, but on Tuesday the jury finally reached a verdict. According to Nick Hausman of WrestleZone, the jury ruled in favor of CM Punk and Colt Cabana, and they will not have to pay anything.
Hausman also noted that Cabana seemed to be very relieved, and Punk and his wife AJ embraced after the verdict was announced, while Amann stared off blankly.
The jurors also shook hands with Cabana and Punk as they left the courtroom, and Amann declined to comment on the verdict.
It looks like CM Punk now has one less thing to worry about as he heads into his fight against Mike Jackson at UFC 225 on Saturday.
