Jonathan Coachman Shoots Down Rumors That WWE Is Paying ESPN, Talks Possible Return

WWE and ESPN recently launched their weekly “Off the Top Rope” segment on SportsCenter and it’s been pretty successful so far. Some people still aren’t very happy about the fact that ESPN is covering WWE every week and there are some rumors going around about their working relationship.

Jonathan Coachman recently answered fan questions on Twitter and he shot down rumors saying that WWE is paying ESPN for the coverage. Coachman says the segment was his idea and it was simply a way for him to stay in touch with something he enjoys.

He also mentioned to a fan on Twitter that he has no plans to return to WWE and that ESPN is his hom.
