Jon Moxley has been laying low over the last few months focusing on himself while he takes time away from wrestling, but fans will be seeing the former AEW World Champion in action sooner rather than later.
Mox will be returning to the ring next week during the Wrld On GCW show at the Hammerstein Ballroom on January 23rd, and he will be challenging Homicide for the GCW World Championship.

Jon Moxley has been on the hunt for gold ever since he dropped the AEW World Title to Kenny Omega in December of 2020. The former champion was set to face Bryan Danielson in the finals of the AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament at Full Gear back in November, but he was pulled from the event after Tony Khan announced Moxley would be entering an alcohol treatment program.
As of this writing AEW has yet to announce when Jon Moxley will be returning to TV. Stay tuned for updates.
