Jon Moxley made his big debut with All Elite Wrestling at Double or Nothing back in May, and he wrestled his first match for the company at Fyter Fest back in June.
Moxley was scheduled to face Kenny Omega at AEW All Out next week, but it looks like that match will no longer be happening.
Jon Moxley took to Twitter to announce that he has to pull out of the pay-per-view due to a case of MRSA in his elbow. The AEW star posted the following:
“I’m absolutely gutted to have to deliver this news but I’d rather it come directly from me. In a nightmare scenario, a serious case of MRSA has returned in my elbow. The timing couldn’t be worse. In this circumstance I am forced to pull out of the fight 8/31 vs Omega at All Out.”

AEW Executive Vice President Cody Rhodes followed up by saying that a replacement match will be added to the card, and the company will actively try to reschedule Omega vs. Moxley in the future.
Very heartbreaking news. Jon’s health and safety is paramount to all of us. We will actively try and reschedule this match down the road. A replacement match for All Out will be announced soon. Our thoughts are with Jon. https://t.co/EHoNpNrHwP
