John Cena made his big return to WWE back in September and he spent several weeks making regular appearances on WWE programming. Cena wrestled last week at Crown jewel when he faced off against Solo Sikoa, but unfortunately Cena’s losing streak continued as Solo picked up the victory.
Following his loss at Crown Jewel it appears that John Cena underwent surgery as he recently took to social media to thank Orthopaedic Surgeon Jeff Dugas when he posted the following:
“Thank you @JeffDugasMD and your entire team in Birmingham! One arm fixed, clean & headed for therapy … one arm left to go! Thank you again and see you ASAP for the next one!!”
Details regarding John Cena’s surgery are unknown at this point in time, but judging from his tweet it appears that he will be undergoing another operation in the future.
Recently John Cena has been teasing retirement on social media, but there’s no word on whether or not he plans to wrestle more matches before hanging up his boots for good.
