There’s a lot of mystery at the moment surrounding the identity of The Undertaker’s opponent for WrestleMania 32. John Cena was reportedly set to face Taker before he was injured. But after Cena underwent surgery that match was believed to be off the table. However John Cena has been indicating that there’s a chance he could return for WrestleMania 32.
Cena has been known to heal very fast and he recently mentioned on Twitter that he’s hoping to “defy science” and that it’s “make or break.”
If there’s one thing we’ve learned from years of watching wrestling, it’s that you cant ever count John Cena out. During a Q & A session before the Daytona 500 yesterday, Cena was cryptic about his status but didn’t rule out the possibility of him having a match on the card.
“As far as me participating in WrestleMania 32, the Magic 8-Ball says ‘ask again later. It would be personally unfortunate for me to miss WrestleMania. But if I can’t perform, it would be unfortunate for the people watching WrestleMania to see me suffer through something that isn’t worthy of the event.” Cena said.
