When John Cena granted his 400th wish for the Make a Wish Foundation it was seen as quite the accomplishment. Now here we are and John Cena has just granted his 500th wish on the Today Show. Cena spent some time with 8 year old Rocco Lanzer who was diagnosed with leukemia in January.

Cena commented on the milestone and says he will keep granting wishes as long as they will have him.
“A lot of times when people donate time or resources, there’s a little speculation about where it goes. I’m at the finish line. I get to see the families; I get to see the joy and the hope that we bring. I’ll continue to be involved with Make-A-Wish as long as they’ll have me.”
