On this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown Live John Cena teamed up with Luke Harper to take on Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton. In the end it was Orton who scored the victory when he pinned Cena after hitting him with the RKO. John Cena will have his chance to get revenge on Orton sooner than later, as WWE has announced that Cena and Orton will face off once again on SmackDown Live next week.
The WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view is set to air live on the WWE Network on Sunday February 12th, and this week on SmackDown Live two matches were made official for the event.
It was announced that John Cena will defend his WWE Championship against AJ Styles, Bray Wyatt, The Miz, Dean Ambrose and Baron Corbin inside the Elimination Chamber. Daniel Bryan also announced that Nikki Bella vs. Natalya has been added to the show.
With less than two weeks to go before the pay-per-view it should be interesting to see what else is added to the card.
Speaking of John Cena, his custom title plates have been added to the WWE Championship and WWE released the following video showing the changing of the plates:
