John Cena has been busy building up his acting career over the last few months, but the 16 time WWE World Champion has still managed to throw a little romance into the mix.
The Babe Ruth of WWE has been romantically linked to Shay Shariatzadeh, and when he was asked about their relationship during a recent interview with Extra TV, he indicated that things are going well.
“Oh, I’m always happy,” Cena said. “I’m always happy.”
Cena was also asked about possibly joining the Fast and Furious franchise, and he said that he can’t confirm anything despite Vin Diesel teasing Cena for a future film.
“I know he did, but his world is very different than mine,” Cena joked. “Mine is what’s in front of me. I truly appreciate his endorsement and if I were to get the opportunity, I will be extremely grateful for it. And I promise if that happens, the folks in the franchise will get my best.”
