Jinder Mahal Surpasses Ric Flair’s WWE Title Reigns, Sheamus And Cesaro Get T-Shirt

Jinder Mahal has improved dramatically since first capturing the WWE Championship. Alongside the Singh Brothers, he’s been able to keep his title through thick and thin. At this point, Mahal has some impressive statistics and he’s even surpassed other names some would assume might be higher on the list than him.

Mahal has held the WWE Championship for 119 days as of September 18th, 2017. Ric Flair’s two title reigns as WWE Champion lasted a total of 118 days. Therefore Jinder Mahal has broken The Nature Boy’s statistic.

It was also pointed out Reddit how Mahal has defeated Roman Reigns as well. The Big Dog only held the WWE Championship for a combined 77 days.

This is actually a pretty cool deal even though they’re just random statistics. It still shows the real trust WWE holds for Jinder Mahal to carry the company as long as he has. It also helped him a lot that Vince McMahon seemed to have a great deal of influence on The Modern Day Maharaja’s success.

The former Raw Tag Team Champions are standing in front of giant letters which read: “The Bar” too just in case you forgot who they were.

They might just find themselves with the Raw Tag Team Championships soon enough if things go well for them at No Mercy. It might also be a good sign WWE doesn’t plan on breaking up the team anytime soon.
