We mentioned yesterday that Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio CM Punk may be returning to WWE on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw. Dave went on to say that he’s not 100% certain if CM Punk will be returning but his source which he claims is a top WWE superstar confirmed that CM Punk will indeed be on Raw tonight.
