There are plenty of things WWE fans thought they’d never see and it seems every year that fans see something they thought they’d never see from the WWE Hall Of Fame. 2017 won’t be an exception to that rule.
The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express are being inducted this year in the the hallowed halls of Vince’s Army of Acclaimed Athletes and it’s been a long time coming. Rick Morton and Robert Gibson scratched and clawed their way to the top of the tag team ranks during the extremely competitive territory days and they had many dealings and confrontations with Jim Cornette.
Now, Jim Cornette is a unique character to say the least. He has been outspoken against one of Vince McMahon’s best buddies, President Donald Trump, he is full of controversy, a disregard for holding anything back, and he has the ability to arrange his thoughts in sentence structure unlike anyone else.
Whether you’re a member of the Cult of Cornette or not, you have to acknowledge that Corney has an uncanny ability to let it fly in verbal form unlike anyone else. Now they’re giving him a live microphone during the WWE Hall of Fame in Orlando this year. Things very well might pick up quick. We can’t wait.

No. No they weren’t. Cornette led the MIDNIGHT Express into battle. Not the Rock ‘n’ Roll Express.
Major swing and a miss here.
