Jeff Hardy has been one of the top stars in the professional wrestling industry for decades now, and back in 2017 he returned to WWE alongside his brother Matt at WrestleMania 33. But now Jeff’s run with WWE has come to an end as it was recently reported that the company released him.

Following the former WWE Champion’s release Jeff’s wife, Beth Hardy, posted the following on Twitter:

“Jeff is good.

We are good.

Post that you “heard” that.

Thanks. ✌🏻”

Jeff Hardy teamed with Drew McIntyre and Xavier Woods to face The Bloodline at the WWE live event in Edinburg, TX on Saturday night. After making the hot tag Jeff left through the crowd and did not return. It was later reported that WWE sent him home from the road and then he was eventually released.

Stay tuned for updates.
