Jeff Hardy made his return to WWE back at WrestleMania 33 alongside his brother Matt after a near seven-year hiatus from WWE to win the Raw Tag Team Championships.
Since then The Hardys have been flying high on Monday Night Raw in the tag team division and the fans have been able to reconnect with The Hardys by remembering moves like the Twist Of Fate, the Side Effect, the Swanton Bomb and Whisper In The Wind, but it seems that there is one move that Jeff Hardy won’t be bringing to WWE TV.
The Charismatic Enigma recently appeared on Colt Cabana’s The Art of Wrestling podcast and talked about how he would not be using his 450 Splash in WWE. It seems that the wrestling veteran has decided to downscale his high-risk style of offense and take the 450 splash out of his arsenal (via Wrestling Inc).
He said: “I stopped doing the 450 because I over-rotated and jacked my shoulder up. I thought I broke my collarbone or something, but those days are over, so I’ll stick with the Swanton (Bomb).”
Jeff has become known for his high-risk style in WWE over the past few decades, but it seems that now that Hardy has returned to WWE as both a husband and father, he is making much better decisions when it comes to his health. Hardy is pushing 40-years-old now and it seems that he realizes that his body doesn’t heal as fast as it used to.
