Jeff Hardy Makes His AEW Debut On Dynamite

The Hardy Boyz have been a very hot topic in the world of professional wrestling recently as Jeff Hardy is now a free agent, and rumors of the Charismatic Enigma joining AEW have been making the rounds for some time now.

Matt Hardy threw fuel on the fire before Dynamite when he seemingly teased a face turn on social media, and he made his way out to the ring for a meeting with the Andrade Hardy Family Office. Matt said he wants to make things right with the A.H.F.O. and Andrade asked what happened to Matt’s suit. Matt apologized to everyone and said every time he puts on a suit he transforms into an “a**hole.”

Andrade suggested that the A.H.F.O. vote on whether Matt should stay or go, and Andrade voted go. Matt said that Private Party would never vote him out of the A.H.F.O. but they gave him a thumbs down behind his back. Andrade told him to watch his back, and he turned around to Private Party giving him the thumbs down and the A.H.F.O. started beating Matt down.

They held him up as Andrade delivered a boot to Matt’s face. The fans chanted for Jeff Hardy, but Darby Allin and Sting came out. Darby and Sting charged right in to help Matt, but the numbers game caught up to them.

That’s when the classic Hardy Boyz music hit and Jeff made his entrance to a huge pop from the fans. Jeff cleared the ring as the fans went wild. Matt Hardy hit the Twist of Fate on The Blade, then Jeff hit the Swanton Bomb. Matt and Jeff hugged as a future match was seemingly teased between The Hardys and Sting & Darby Allin.
