JBL didn’t get off to a very good start on Sunday night. As the SmackDown Live commentator was making his way down to the ringside area during the Elimination Chamber kickoff show, he tripped and fell. Luckily JBL didn’t suffer any injuries, and he was able to bounce back rather quickly.
JBL got back up and laughed on his way to the commentary table, and Booker T nearly broke down into tears as he watched from the area where the kickoff show panel was being broadcast.
Last week on Raw Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho made their way down to the ring, and Chris Jericho suggested that the best friends face each other at WrestleMania with both of their titles on the line. Goldberg had other plans in mind so he decided to interrupt Jericho and Owens.
First Goldberg confirmed that he will be facing Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, and then he challenged Kevin Owens to a Universal Title match. Chris Jericho then accepted the match on Kevin’s behalf and now Goldberg is set to get his title shot at Fastlane on March 5th.
If you follow Kevin Owens on Twitter then you’re likely away that he’s a master when it comes to the art of trolling. Kevin’s latest victim is Goldberg, as he tagged Bill in a post featuring a video of a baby sloth making ridiculous noises.
