James Storm is a hot topic right now thanks to his NXT debut at Thursday night’s tapings But according to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, Storm has yet to officially sign a deal with WWE and TNA is trying to get him to return.
The report mentions that TNA had an offer on the table prior to Storm attending last Friday’s NXT event in Nashville. After visiting the event Storm was then offered a ticket to Florida to check out NXT Takeover: Respect. Storm obviously then worked the NXT tapings on Thursday and WWE officially announced his debut. It’s being reported that WWE wants James Storm to sign a deal similar to the one Samoa Joe signed when he first started working with the company.
After finding out that James Storm was backstage at NXT Takeover: Respect TNA then increased the amount of money they were offering to Storm. It looks like everybody wants to work with James Storm right now and The Cowboy certainly has some options.
