Business picked up for the WWE women’s division a few weeks ago as Jade Cargill turned heel when she delivered a beatdown to Tiffany Stratton. Things have been heated between the two stars since then and they clashed at Saturday Night’s Main Event when Tiffany Stratton defended her WWE Women’s Championship against Jade Cargill.
Tiffany Stratton had her knee taped up when she made her way to the ring and she sold an injury throughout the match. Jade was very aggressive as the took the fight to the champion in a match that lasted about five and a half minutes.
Cargill relentlessly picked Stratton apart near the end of the match as she hit Tiffany with three powerbombs in a row. She then followed up with Jaded and pinned Tiffany Stratton to win the WWE Women’s Championship for the first time in her career.
After the match Jade celebrated with the title as pyro went off.
