Jacob Fatu has become one of the stars to watch in WWE ever since he debuted with the company last year. Fatu is quickly working his way up the ranks in WWE and he’s been featured as one of the key figures on the ongoing Bloodline storyline.
Unfortunately things have been seemingly falling apart for The New Bloodline after Solo Sikoa was defeated by Roman Reigns during the Raw premiere on Netflix. Tension has been building between Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa as we all saw last week when the two stars got into a heated confrontation on SmackDown.
During a recent episode of Sportskeeda’s Live Q&A Backstage Pass, WrestleVotes shared an update on WrestleMania plans for Jacob Fatu, and it was noted that WWE is building toward a Fatu vs. Sikoa match on the Grandest Stage of Them All.
“There’s a lot going on there. You know, I don’t know what everybody’s plans are, Roman and Jimmy and The Rock, but I do know they’re gearing up towards Jacob versus Solo. So, you know, after months of speculation that Solo was going to wrestle Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, they shift that to Jacob Fatu, and we’ll see how it plays out. But I do believe that’s the direction.”
Recently Jacob Fatu has been receiving big reactions from the live audience during SmackDown, so it’s probably safe to say that it’s going to be a big year for the Samoan Werewolf. When Jacob Fatu first arrived in WWE it seemed that the company was building toward a match with Roman Reigns. However, it seems as though those plans have been dropped for now and you can get more on that here.
