On Saturday night WWE SummerSlam aired live from Cleveland and Cody Rhodes defended his Undisputed WWE Championship against Solo Sikoa in the main event. It was announced on SmackDown the night before that the title bout would be a Bloodline Rules match, and the main event featured a few cameos.
At one point Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa made their way out to assist Solo Sikoa. Cody Rhodes ended up on the announce table and Jacob Fatu went to the top rope for a splash then came crashing down on the table and Cody Rhodes.
After Jacob Fatu landed on the table he immediately started grabbing his leg indicating that he was in pain. Following the WWE SummerSlam main event a clip of Fatu wearing a walking boot has been making the rounds on social media.

Triple H addressed Jacob Fatu’s status during the SummerSlam post-show press conference and he acknowledged that Fatu was banged up then said that hopefully it’s not serious.
“The only two real — Logan [Paul] is a little banged up, as he should be, and Jacob is a little banged up. I’ll see where that nets out here in a little bit. Hopefully, nothing serious. It was bugging him a little bit, the leg so, we will see where he is.”
