The All Elite Wrestling roster is loaded with talent at the moment, but unfortunately three of the top stars in the company are currently sitting on the sidelines due to injury.
PWInsider reports that there’s currently no word right now on whether or not CM Punk will have surgery on his foot. However, the word making the rounds is that surgery is likely the only option. It’s being said that due to the nature of the injury it likely wouldn’t heal correctly without surgery.
It’s also being reported that there’s been no confirmation on the rumor that Bryan Danielson suffered a concussion at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view. Bryan did get banged up during the Anarchy in the Arena match, and he will not be returning to in-ring competition until he’s cleared.
Adam Cole is also said to be banged up, but it’s not one major issue as he’s dealing with a few minor issues at the same time. The decision was made to give him time off so he can heal up without compounding any issues.
It’s believed that both Adam Cole and Bryan Danielson will be back in time for the Forbidden Door pay-per-view later this month. There’s currently no word on when CM Punk could be back. Stay tuned for updates.
