There’s never a good time for a WWE Superstar to be injured, and one of SmackDown Live’s finest has been sitting on the sidelines for a number of weeks now.
Mustafa Ali suffered a concussion which caused him to be pulled from the Elimination Chambr match last night, and Kofi Kingston ended up taking his spot.
However, Ali made his return to the ring during the WWE live event in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Saturday night, and he challenged Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship.
Bryan ended up retaining the title.
Mustafa Ali is back in action, so it will be interesting to see if he makes his return to SmackDown Live on Tuesday night.
