Impact Wrestling Star Pulled From Slammiversary PPV

Tonight Impact Wrestling be holding its 16th Slammiversary pay-per-view, but one Impact star will not be on the card.

PWInsider is reporting that Rich Swann is home in Florida, and he won’t be appearing on the show. Swann was originally scheduled to compete in a Fatal Four Way match against Fenix, Johnny Impact and Taiji Ishimori.

It’s being reported that Petey Williams will be his replacement.

According to F4Wonline.com, Rich Swann suffered a concussion when he hit his head on the guard rail during a tag team match at a MLW event in New York on Thursday.

He was hospitalized and later released the same night.

As of this writing neither Impact nor Swann have posted any updates regarding his status.
