Impact Wrestling Reportedly Interested In Bringing Former WWE Champion Back

Impact Wrestling recently held their biggest show of the year, Bound For Glory in New York, and the show ended with Johnny Impact defeating Austin Aries to become the new Impact Wrestling World Champion.

Over the years quite a few former WWE Superstars have managed to find success with Impact, and it sounds like a former WWE Champion could be returning to the company soon.

SEScoops.com is reporting that Impact is interested in bringing Alberto El Patron back to the company, as the company feels his personal issues have calmed down and he has name recognition.

Alberto has been keeping busy as of late working for Combate Americas, but the hope is to have him back with Impact in time to work the November TV tapings in Las Vegas.
