WWE has just broken the Internet by teasing that Macho Man Randy Savage will be announced as the first inductee into the Hall of Fame class of 2015. They’re “teasing” but for all these teasing they’re doing, it looks a whole lot like a formal confirmation. Now they’re even talking about who will induct him.
According to the @WWENetwork Twitter account, it is “expected” that Hulk Hogan will be inducting Randy Savage into the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame:
On a related note, it was originally reported last week that WWE would be announcing the first 2015 Hall of Famer during the first week of February but the plans were changed to increase ticket sales, ratings and build a general buzz. Which it definitely has done so far as many mainstream media outlets are picking up on the announcement.
PWInsider reports that on Friday, the script for tonight’s RAW listed a segment for the first 2015 Hall of Fame announcement but apparently didn’t list a name.
