Brock Lesnar defeated Braun Strowman to become the new Universal Champion at Crown Jewel a few weeks ago, and on Sunday he defeated Daniel Bryan in a non-title champion vs. champion match at Survivor Series.
Lesnar is not currently scheduled for WWE TLC next month, but it’s expected that he’ll be defending his title against Braun Strowman at the Royal Rumble, and then WWE will be putting the pieces in place for The Beast’s WrestleMania match.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, current plans call for Brock Lesnar to face Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 35.
It’s not known at this point in time if Lesnar will be defeating Strowman at the Royal Rumble, but if he does pick up a victory it will be his third win over Strowman in a singles match on PPV.
It’s also being said that plans call for Lesnar vs. Rollins to play off of Roman Reigns in some way, so Roman and his illness will be part of the storyline.
