Huge Spoiler For Tonight’s Episode Of WWE SmackDown Live

This week’s episode of SmackDown Live is set to take place from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, OH, and it’s shaping up to be a huge show.

Last week it was announced that AJ Styles will defend his United States Championship against Kevin Owens, and Shinsuke Nakamura and John Cena will be facing off in a dream match. Nakamura and Cena will be fighting to decide who gets to challenge Jinder Mahal for the WWE Championship at SummerSlam, and it looks like Nakamura will likely be the one who earns the title shot.

PWInsider is reporting that current plans call for Jinder Mahal to defend the WWE Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura at SummerSlam later this month.

If this report is indeed true then it should be interesting to see what John Cena’s situation is for SummerSlam. It was announced yesterday that Cena landed a lead role in the Transformers spinoff movie “Bumblebee” which reportedly kicked off production this week. As of this writing Cena is still being advertised for SummerSlam.
