Before we know it WrestleMania season will be upon us, which means fans will have the annual pre-WrestleMania NXT TakeOver event to look forward to, as well as the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
This year’s Hall of Fame class was headlined by former Universal Champion Bill Goldberg, and it looks like the 2019 class could potentially feature a huge name.
WWE recently confirmed that NXT TakeOver has been moved to the Friday before WrestleMania, and the Hall of Fame induction ceremony has been moved to Saturday night.
According to Rajah, there’s speculation that WWE may have switched the events in order to set up a Hall of Fame induction for The Rock.
It’s rumored that WWE may have switched TakeOver and the Hall of Fame ceremony because The Rock might only be available on Saturday. However, this is only a rumor for now.
There’s little doubt that The Rock will be inducted into the Hall of Fame someday, but will it happen next year?
We’ll have to wait and see.
